Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include inside your package.
Package Securely
Place the unused cast iron in its original packaging, ensuring it is padded well to prevent damage during transit back to our foundry.
Receive Refund or Exchange
After our team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new selection within 3-5 business days.
